Thom Painter... brings Level One Construction Co., LLC sixteen years of experience beginning as a lead carpenter and master craftsman. He has managed projects in Atlanta, Georgia and Portland, Oregon. Thom establishes production schedules and is focused on successful project management. He is personally involved in all projects where his creative eye leads to uncompromising results. Brian Spix... is the founder of Level One Construction Co., LLC with twenty two years of contracting experience. His experience as a framing contractor and project superintendent for commercial and residential projects has provided Level One Construction the knowledge of building structures and what is required to change them. Brian's focus is the initial project assessment, estimating, and business management. His attention to detail in existing structures has helped us "see" most situations that may arise and would effect project outcome. Brian received his Certified Remodeler certificate from NARI and started Level One Construction as a sole proprieter in 1993. In 2000, Thom became partner and we incorporated as Level One Construction Company, LLC.
